COLLECTED signed syllabus forms.
Finished partner introductions to the class.
Using classroom laptops, students joined the Private Writing Zone blog for the class, open only to authors.
Signed out copies of Bird by Bird and began reading the introduction together.

DUE DATES
THURSDAY, September 3: Finish reading introduction to Bird by Bird and bring a completed Double Entry Response Journal (DEJ) to class.

TUESDAY, September 8: First reading log,  DEJ on independent reading due.
